THE FREE REFUND IS VALID ONLY ON THE TERRITORY OF RUSSIA.
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, and within 7 (seven) days* after receiving the goods from the online store.
The return of Goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, factory labels, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved. It is not possible to return used goods.
According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, bodysuits and corsets (underwear) are not accepted for return and exchange.
